2. The service
FormDrop receives submissions from forms on websites you build, stores them, filters spam, and emails leads to an address you choose. Features and limits may change as the product evolves.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content or activity.
- Do not use forms to collect special-category/sensitive data without a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk mail, phish, or abuse the public submission endpoint (flooding, automated abuse, evading rate limits or quotas).
- Do not attempt to access other accounts’ data or disrupt the service.
5. Your data & the processor relationship
For data submitted by your websites’ visitors, you are the data controller and FormDrop is your processor, processing it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having your own privacy notice and a lawful basis to collect that data, and for honoring visitor rights. Our handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Beta & availability
FormDrop is currently free during beta and provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, delivery, or that spam filtering is perfect. [State any beta data-handling caveats.]
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormDrop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost leads, data, or profits. Total liability is limited to [the greater of amounts you paid in the prior 12 months or US$100].
